Tiglath, I hesitate to teach you something, lest you say I'm defending Dadesho, but I will follow yours and Farid's logic/advice and say it is my duty to teach you something, so that the Suzie's, the Suleimans, the Mar Melis of the world don't defeat you in court when you go to butt heads, next time. The documents you posted on Pacific Western don't prove/reveal anything, unless you do your research scientifically/academically/legally/professionally. The things you must show are as follows: 1-You must first establish the time line Dadesho attended this particular college, as this university has an otherwise good reputation, (as stated by Farid). 2-Once you have established the time line, then you research the period when this practice was prevelant in this university. 3-Once you have established that, then your next step is to obtain a list of all the graduates that attended this university during this period, who might have received such credits, (as based on life experience). 4-Then proceed to establish of those credits, how many were actually applied towards that degree. 5-If you discover that the majority units were earned in that context/framework, then you have something, otherwise, there's no correlation, and you have not proven your hypothesis. The same goes for the documents you posted in Zinda. Although one of them indicated that Mar Melis did purchase a house with Eva as joint-tennants, it did not establish, beyond a reasonable doubt, that they were co-habitating. Many people purchase homes via the tennants-in-common clause, for the purpose of investment, or to help out a friend from losing that property to their spouse or ex-spouse, without actually living together. So that document proved nothing in a court of law, and caused you to lose your case based on unproven allegations. If you are going to try to do something, you must do it properly, and legally, otherwise you stand to lose, which is a waste of time. No one will take you seriously if you have not taken the proper steps to prove your case, unless it is for the purpose of creating a scandal, but even then, the educated people will not be convinced and you lose credibility. I also hesitate to give you the next piece of advice, but I don't want to be accused by you and Farid of not following my own advice when it comes to going all the way. If you were really serious about writing an open letter to Dadesho, you wouldn't post it on a forum that he doesn't read. You would send it to him directly, or put it on his forum. Otherwise, you are "flying too close to the sun" and might melt your waxed wings. If I was to challenge someone, I wouldn't crawl in a hole and yell, "come and get me". --------------------- |
