..eventually these people will have to move out into the larger world...and take the Heritage with them...it's what the Jews did. The Yidish American Theatre of New York was the training ground for so many actors and stage and film people...Walter Matthau was one but there are very many more...then there were the Borsht Belt, the Pocanos etc. resorts where Sid Caesar, Woody Allen and so many comedy writers and performers honed their chops...whereas with us...if you try a little satire you are an ENEMA of the PEEPIL!!! ...we have to get out our ghetto mentality. --------------------- |
