Los Angeles is controlled by Iranians. It is called Tehrangeles because it is one of the major Iranian areas in the US, the others being NYC and Washington (among others). It also looks like Tehran in some areas. The buildings and architecture could be mistaken for Tehran if you're not looking too closely.
