In regards to land, the land reform of 1930 made many land owners-Shieks very rich, I mean VERY RICH!!!

And also about insurgents... currently there are more than 65 different insurgents groups operate in Iraq and that may be just one issue on hand and then add corruptions and extortion, individual violence, lack of amenities and...just imagaine what sort of Shourwa it is.
