..there is, litterally, no Assyrian in the world like you. There are several PEOPLE close to you...but not a single Assyrian. People condemn artists and poets for being only concerned with the extrememly personal...with looking too hard and too deep into their own navels while "reality" pulses all around them.... That would be true if they only looked half-way..if they played at it. But those like Anais...a personal favorite...and Emil, who look ALL the way inside of themselves, come to the place where that eternal river runs through all of us...connecting us whether we will or no...down that deep, what Emil sees and touches upon is the same as hides deep within me and Jeff and Maggie and all of us human beans. The truly personal is the most eternal and timeless there can be...the rest is just Filham N Cheese. --------------------- |
