I did some research on this White dude years ago when I lived in L.A. He wanted to start a Tire company so he searched for who invented the wheel and found out it was the Assyrians. He wanted to acknowledge them with this tribute.

There's a new hotel in Hollywood dispalying Assyrian artifacts on the building. Being in the heart of Hollywood, tourists from all over the world will see Assyrian images. What can be better?~~~
