Farid, you came from a prominent family of doctors, people who wanted to help humanity. I have heard that your father was one of the most prominent doctors in Kuwait, so much so that the Kuwait Prince/Sheikh, or whatever he was, asked that your father be his doctor, and because of that everyone was jealous of him, and wanted to destroy your dad. So you don't have to do anything to piss people off. They'll get pissed off at you just for trying to be the best you can be.
