>My point being that Farid or Jeff or Maggie or anybody CANNOT refresh the homepage of this forum a million times to register a million "unique hits". ...this is all true for HITS....but the number of VISITS means just that...how many individual visitors you had in a 24 hour period...otherwise there would be no way to tell how effective or popular or well used a site was. ..if anything, 216 visits in a day is probably LESS than the number who actually visited... --------------------- |
