This review shouldn't qualify if he didn't read the whole book. And if he skipped the first 9 chapters it means he couldn't bring himself to read the same old quotes used by at least 20 other Assyrian authors, before Fred.

Simo Parpola is a kind gentleman. He tries to indulge the Assyrians because he feels sorry for us and the state we're in!
