The Syrian mass-demonstrations this morning against the unanimous passing of resolution 1636 pretty much showed a defiant Syria. They were quoted as saying, "we have nothing to hide. We will NOT cooperate". There's your answer, Tony. Now we have to see what the UN will do. Will it punish Syria for refusing, in which case it will need an international attorney that will show precedence for their refusal, which can be found in the Israeli POO POO on the UN case. This could be interesting. --------------------- |
