...I couldn`t have imagined ol Shush walking into the propellar blades that accomodatingly...I almost hesitate to write this because I`d be fain to lose such excellent fools as GS and Shush...but they`re way to dense to get any of this...so what the hell.

First let me say, by way of explanation and not apology, that I use vulgarity as a tool...it isn`t really the way I think or express myself...whereas Shush and GS and the rest ARE vulgar and use pious cant as a tool...a tool to smarm and fool and cover over their basic indecency...I use it to draw them out further...and sure enough...they oblige every time.

The post about my grandfather reveals the depths to which these Christians will sink to lie, to themselves if not the rest of us...everything in the story pointed to the Christians as the assholes...and we all KNOW this is a marked characteristic of ours...something we`re infamous for, that is: we`ll betray one of our own faster than anyone else can.

If you consider the bare facts and don`t have an axe to grind...this is what you see.

1. The Christians were chased out of Iran, a Muslim country.

2. They ran to Iraq, also a Muslim country.

3. Rather than leave them at the border to be slaughtered, the Iraqi government and people welcomed them and sheltered them.

4. All records having been destroyed and the Christians needing their own doctors in the refugee camps they first settled in, the Muslims allowed my grandfather to ply his trade...they placed no obstacles before him.

5. Observing him for some time, they offered him a position at a hospital in Mosul...this could have been seen as a good thing as there were Christians in Mosul as well...and as the refugees were soon resettling elsewhere...and he STILL did not have, nor did he need to show, a medical degree. They trusted him that much.

6. In time and after working long and hard, the Muslims, who still didn`t know if he was an acredited physician or not...started coming to this Christian doctor, bringing their wives and children with them, in such numbers that the other doctors, all Muslims, at the hospital became alarmed and envious. They could do nothing about it, however, except wait their chance.

7. The chance came when some Christians went to the authorities and said they knew for a FACT that Hakim Baba had never studied medicine and had no degree (I`m SURE Jackie Bejan`s family was among this group). The Muslims and Christians who were BOTH envious of this successful and talented and now popular Christian got together and prevailed on the government to suspend Hakim Baba`s privieleges (you see...sometimes Christians can cooperate well with Muslims)...with the result that the Christian community was deprived of the services of an excellent doctor and humanitarian...but that didn`t matter to the Christians...their pride had been offended because my grandfather had made good...and therefore had "put them down".

8. Being made of superior stuff, Hakim Baba did not cry...he did not whine and he did not beg a Jew to save him...instead he left his family to go to a foriegn land, there to learn the language at the same time he took his medical degree all over again.

9. On his return he abandoned his dream of opening a hospital for Christians, with his four sons who were now all doctors...and instead went back to his private clinic and managed to work a few more years before a heart attack felled him...in the heat of Mosul he would diligently make house calls...by buggy, on foot and even by train to other towns..he never refused anyone..he held no grudges...he continued to serve the Christian community BUT...he would never again allow one of them to get close enough to do him harm...once was enough.

...from all these facts...Shushan manages to find the story shows how "bad" Muslims are and how "good and innocent and what victims" Christians are...go figure.
