[ Post Response ] [ Read Prev Msg ] Ignore the Petition to Stop Erecting Statue of Ataturk in Rome Posted By: Fred Aprim (12.72.221.31) Date: Thursday, 26 January 2006, at 6:40 p.m. Please ignore the petition to stop erecting Ataturk statue in Rome. I was e-mailed about an hour ago from a reliable source in Italy and told that the statue is already been erected in Mustafa Kamal Ataturk square in Rome. How pathetic! ...why, because the rest of the world recognizes that brutal men sometimes do other things right? Attaturk revived interest in Turkishness...he got rid of the Sultanate and planned to bring Turkey into the modern age...as the Shah tried to do in Iran and as Saddam was on his way to doing in Iraq..which is precisely the reason the West attacked Turkey, installed the Mullahs and got rid of Saddam...do you think Microsoft WANTS competition in an open market...you jackass. --------------------- |
