..just finished watching a CNN special on a combat hospital in Baghdad where surgeons patch together soldiers and civilians...one patient was a little girl of 2 whose parents had been killed for collaborating...she was slightly wounded but the Americans had a real hard time understanding how someone could "shoot a young child"...come again?

These are the same Christian Americans who caused the death by starvation of 600,000 Iraqi children under the age of five...and they can't "understand" how someone could shoot a child?

Only ONE of these actions is reprehensible? Why? because, like Beth-Shlimoon, they only consider the crimes of other's as real crimes, while their mulitiple murders are what...liberation?

It would be one thing to see and listen to these "heroic doctors" (everyone is a hero in Iraq...and when everyone is a hero, no one is a hero) and bear with patience their comments about what heroes the troops are and what glorious things we're doing by being there, IF they were in a REAL war...fought against an opposing army rather than civilians...or against a country that had DONE something to America....but that's not the case..even though Rove used images of Hitler in order to get us thinking we were fighting Nazis...who were Christians...the fact, which facts faith-based people don't like to deal with, is that this is a war against mothers and fathers and children...who only thought of shooting at us when WE began starving their babies to death(another tactic carried over from Auschwitz) and then went over convinced by Rove that we would be WELCOMED...but instead found out to our "surprise", that Iraqis "don't appreciate us". The ingrates!

Americans are forever caught up in their memories as the good guys who defeated evil Hitler and saved the world...they carried that same noble sense of purpose when they murdered countless Koreans and then three million Vietnamese who never did a damn thing to them...Vietnamese who are STILL Communists but who have American factories all over the place...even in Ho Chi Min City...what happened?

The war against Iraq is NOT the Second World War...the Iraqi people were not a threat of any kind to America...we all know that now, yet not even the "liberal" Democrats talk about just getting the fuck OUT of the country...instead they too want to go on killing innocent people who are merely doing what ANY people in the world would do when attacked like this...

The doctors and nurses at that hospital imagine themselves to be in France in 1944, caring for wounded GIs who've been shot by German, Christian,Nazis...and we allow them to think so because we deluded ourselves the same way. We have a great stake in lying to one another.

This is a war crime against humanity of such huge and grave proportions that I fear Americans will NEVER be able to see or contemplate it in its entirety...instead, they'll want to get CLOSURE as fast as they can...print a bundle of lying history books as fast as they can...redefine words in dictionaries as fast as they can...which, while it MIGHT make the foolish happy, will only guarantee that we'll do this again...and real soon.
