..in a nutshell. In this case the nut is Wm the Dm who runs a Christian site posing as Assyrians...because they think they have more of a chance to get a Christlandia out of Iraq than if they come out and speak true....

"Before world war one Assyrian Nationalism was proudly promoted by Various publications in Turkey by members of the Syrian Orthodox Church. Among them was the 'Murshid Athuriyion', or the 'spiritual guide of the Assyrians', published by Professor Ashur Yousouf . On Sunday April 19th 1915 Ashur Yousouf was arrested by the Turks along with other prominent Assyrians and were consequently executed. Before his death in a letter to his brother Hanna Yousuf in America he wrote :

...I must interrupt this sad tale here to point out that the CHURCH was behind this "we are assyrian because we are christian" crap..as they have been everywhere else...also that promoting anything even remotely close to a "separate homeland" for ANYONE, Christian or Muslim, right after the close of the First World War, a war brought to Turkey by the industrialized Christian nations of the West in their quest for oil, which as we can all see has barely diminished and is JUST as capable of sparking another war...a time when Turkey had already been shorn of many of its lands and treasure by more powerfull Imperialists...was HARDLY the time to start advocating the "rights of Assyrians" as put forth by a CHRISTIAN CHURCH already in bed with western Christianity.

"Do not worry over my death-it is God's will- I am going to heaven to protect the rights of the assyrians at the presence of the biggest and greatest Judge. The books and the work I have started about our nation's education remains unfinished. I am afraid they will be destroyed in a very short time."

...you can see we are dealing with an unbalanced mind here...it`s okay though because his mind has been driven whacky by GOD...this man actually went to his death believing he was going to see yahweh when he woke up..and that yahweh was going to weep buckets for "Assyria" OR Christians and "do something".

Well, all I can say is that judging by what`s happened to Christians of the MidEast since this fellow paid his visit to heaven...yahweh has INDEED "taken care of" the remaining Christians.
