Dear PG&E,

You keep sending me bills for electricity and gas which, I admit, I am using. However, it came to my attention a while back that all the money you receive from customers goes to YOU...that YOU get the trucks and phones and your office rent paid. Therefore I will no longer be paying for the services you render me...not until you get a real job and stop living off your customers. Just because I use it doesn`t mean you can expect me to pay for it.
