...Bush, Condi, Rumsfeld et al are such consummate liars it's scary. This is how they get into office and the main reason they are chosen to serve in a liars administration..they can lie well...lie all the time and soon know nothing else BUT lies...and they firmly believe that if they repeat their lies often enough they'll be believed...that we can be made to deny our own common sense in favor of their pretty lies...just as the Church strives to make us forego our Reason in favor of their pretty fairy tales.

Trouble is...when Liars come to actually governing they can know nothing else but lying...their campaign lies become their day to day lies...their press conference lies and public speech lies. They can no longer even aford to tell a truth.

case in point: does anyone believe the United States has NOT been torturing people for the last 50 years?
