...this is where glorious ignorance serves your purposes....Christians are slamming Muslims for thier extremism....excuse me? Aren't these the same Christians who, only 60 years ago, made an industry of murdering over six million Jews for no other reason than they believed in a different religion...and one that is at the CORE of their own, no less? What was that....Christian "intellectualism"?

...aren't these the same Christians who, a few years ago, were blowing apart Catholic and Protestant children in Ireland? Children who were "enemies" to each set because they had a different take on the SAME religion?

...was the Inquisition an example of Christian tolerance? Are the Basques of Spain Muslims...or Christians? And how many innocent Christians have THOSE Christians blown up?

...what are Christians TALKING about when they rant about Muslim extremism when it is Christians who gave us TWO world wars within twenty years of each other...and who dropped atomic bombs on sleeping women and children? Aren't soldiers SUPPOSED to fight and die? Who goes around an opposing army and murders the CHILDREN? Who? Muslims...or Christians?

..and that's EXACTLY what's wrong with this attempt to keep these other forums open and safe and protected for "Assyrians". All we're doing is ensuring that the brightest and most educated and brilliant Assyrians will be either chased off by having their children insulted, as a tactic...or be banned and deleted because they upset and "hurt the feelings" of the most backward among us.

It's like operating a Medical School that ONLY accepts the LEAST capable...all you'll achieve, besides easily graduating a bunch of "doctors"...is make certain that from then on, your own people will have the WORST medical care there is on earth...unless they go get it from others.

..and that reminds me of the Assyrians in Iraq who were so narrow in their jealousies that, without thinking in the least, they lied about their ONE Assyrian doctor so that the Muslim administrators were forced to revoke his permission to practise medicine among the ASSYRIANS..and from then on subjected their own children and wives to the care of mildly competant Muslim doctors...THAT'S what we continue to do by enshrining mediocrity...because the mediocre ones seem to be the most "passionate" and "nationalistic". They are NOT...they are simply here among us because it is so damn EASY to be THEIR kind of Assyrian...witness how easily and how quickly they leave...once you "insult" them...or "hurt" their feelings...should it really be THAT easy to be a Grat Assyrian?
