It's impossible to believe that anyone here has the slightest understanding or appreciation of the basic tenets of democracy...all it means here is the freedom to set up your own tyranny. If you could only understand that you cut the legs out from under yourselves long before anyone else even thinks to...or even needs to. This sort of behavior merely destroys those who engage in it...because it makes them WEAKER, not stronger. You can create the APPEARANCE of unanimity by getting rid of all dissent..but it's artificial...you didn't really silence anyone in an HONORABLE manner...based on the strength of your arguments and minds..instead you did it with a button...and you won't win anything of meaning that way...in fact, as you can see, the divisions only grow stronger...because YOU set the example and show the way...YOU tell people to merely delete or ban things they don't care to deal with...there is a legitimate way to deal with dissent...this isn't it. --------------------- |
