...it seems almost inconceivable...Christians...Christians mind you...will not support AIDS this year because Mar Bawi's name appears on Narsai's Honorable Board or something...these are CHRISTIANS! You'd think he put a Kurd or Arab on there instead of one of their own...but..one of their own from a SLIGHTLY different sect...or who dared do something they don't approve of.

And if he takes the bishop's name off of there to please them...he risks losing the support of those who LIKE Mar Bawi...and thus it has ever been. You can see clearly that the real issue has always been what any one of us LIKES and NOT the task at hand...assuaging our egos and stroking our own balls is what "Assyria" has amounted to all these years...

I suppose by having Aprim's name on there he won the surpport of three members of Aprim's family...and to take it off would lose those three...or maybe gain 50 more...who can really tell?
