WASHINGTON - The House on Friday handily rejected a timetable for pulling U.S. forces out of Iraq, culminating a fiercely partisan debate between Republicans and Democrats feeling the public's apprehension about war and the onrushing midterm campaign season.

In a 256-153 vote that mirrored the position taken by the Senate earlier, the GOP-led House approved a nonbinding resolution that praises U.S. troops, labels the Iraq war part of the larger global fight against terrorism and says an "arbitrary date for the withdrawal or redeployment" of troops is not in the national interest.

...by playing with words those who have ever been at the top have been able to declare a global and unending war against all of those whom they step on on their way to the top...that`s all "Terror" is. It`s the new word to describe anyone who strikes TERROR into the heart of his or her opressor by daring to fight back...and since these erstwhile "terrorists" have no weapons of mass anything nor armies nor uniforms...since they must huddle together in the dark and hide in shadows, striking when and as they can...their almost inconsequential weapons and ad hoc strategies defines them, to the Man, as "terrosists"...meaning that with all the disadvantages they face plus all the advantages their antognists have at their disposal, these people STILL refuse to submit. This, indeed, strikes TERROR into the heart of any opressor...because these seemingly weak foes have one thing the captain of blood and weapons DOESN`T have...they have HEART!
