Oil Prices Rise As IAEA Finds Iran Defiant By MADLEN READ, AP Business Writer NEW YORK - Crude futures rose Friday, on oil supply worries after the International Atomic Energy Agency said Iran defied the U.N. Security Council by enriching uranium. There was a further spike due to a reported shortage of peanut butter...which came soon on the heels of a further rise in gas prices due to a bumper crop of coconuts in Tahiti....experts are keeping a close watch as well on petroleum prices as the surfing season approaches...and Liz Taylor`s health problems aren`t helping stabilize world oil prices any.
