...you get the feeling that every news anchor and spokesperson they trot out to tell us all is well with the world sounds like he or she has a vested interest in the status quo? The saying used to be, "If it's good for General Motors, it's good for the United States"...people in power positions all seem like they have stocks in WAR...or related industries...as if to speak plainly and comrehensively would mean less money for their retirement...and maybe that's true. --------------------- |
