...it amazes me, the denseness of a grairs. The guy is almost in my employ. No sooner do I say he`s a coward than he puts in several more hours proving it. I tell him he`ll never bring an article himself and post it, if he`s been caught lying...and the next thing you know he brings an article in himself and posts it and goes ON lying. Well, not lying so much as continuing to work his magic...his god-magic.

Don`t know how to thank him.

Reminds me of response he made to an observation of Maggie`s when she said his use of "than" rather than "then" might have been a Freudian slip. Thinking to dazzle his cousins he noticed that she mispelled "awkward" and shot back that maybe THAT was a Freuduan Slip....only he mispelled "Freud"...but let that go.

We ALL make typos...I make hundreds of them...I get "then" and "than" confused at times as well...Maggie was merely having a little fun...sure, grairs can spell sometimes...but the joke was the "Freudian Slip" part...it`s often applied just for fun in those chance moments when a word you screwed up makes you seem to say something you didn`t intend to, but was hidden inside your subconscious and all of that...the joke being that maybe that was what you secretly wished to convey...the whole thing is silly and harmless.

But, not when grairs fix their teeth onto it...born agains are like that...I mean they were born jerks to begin with and, to prove it, decide all on their own to go back and re-enlist.

Anyway, so grairs shoots back that Maggie`s mispelling of "awkward" is ALSO a slip of the same kind, that same Freud thing ( it`s that same, "what about HIM"?...when busted)...only there IS no "Freudian" slip in that particular mispelling of "awkward", but grairs gets to SAY there was...once again, grairs only managed to slip over his OWN Freud...which can be pronounced FRAUD in his case.

He thought to look slick, like he knows what a Freud is...or even a "slip" for that matter. It was just a knee-jerk response...very like a boy would make...and no doubt grairs will now be pouring over an abridged version of a summary of a paragraph about Freud so he can appear to have met the man himself.

Now, take the DeLay thing, in which grairs got busted big time...I`m not going to bother with the entire article he found, which thrilled him because it mentioned the word "check" several times...as if I ever denied a check was involved...in this article there`s nothing said that changes anything, nothing to the point...but grairs gets to post SOMETHING and then crow as IF he just made his case stronger, like the Freudian slip thing, when it just re-reveals the poverty of it all along.

...DeLay is, of course, claiming there is no proof the money was used for non-administrative purposes...which is the whole point...it again doesn`t matter who signed the check (which grairs still maintains is the whole "silly" thing)..or if the money was sent by mule...or how many checks there were, or if wampum was used...the entire point is WHAT the money was used for...not what FORM it was delivered in. Either grairs is as stupid as I say he is and can`t quite grasp this...or, he`s only a venal turd trying to be slick and can`t do anything BUT lie and twist in his own wind...which he breaks all over himself.

...and, of course, STILL no mention of the glaring fact that for a Republican Congress, at THIS moment of crisis for their asshole president, to censure DeLay must mean there is a whole lot more to this than mere DemLibs sillies. Even the Repubs had to admit their boy is a crook...but he`s a GOD-crook...and THAT`s why grairs is lying overtime.

Here`s one sentance from grairs article...

"...So they send money raised from individuals to the candidates in Texas -- all legal, has been legal for years. Nothing's wrong with it, and yet Ronnie Earle seems to think that he can change election law through the courts..."

...Delay says sending the money you raise to candidates is legal...well who the hell ever said it WASN`T??? Of COURSE it`s legal and has been for ages...and it doesn`t matter a damn WHO signed the check or checks...that isn`t the issue at all....how stupid would the Repubs, who voted to censure their own boy, be if they did so for something that is entirely LEGAL? It isn`t SENDING the money to candidates that`s illegal or even in question...it`s what the money was USED for...something grairs STILL can`t grasp or dare mention...of course not...they can NEVER afford to stick to the point or go to the heat of an issue...because then their god-bullshit would collapse. Instead he dances around shooting fireworks out his arse in hopes you won`t notice that he can`t find or stick to the point.

...this is a common tactic of these god-people. They start out with a cover statement that is perfectly true...and then use it as a cover for their lie, which comes later on..or which you have to uncover for yourself. They do the same with god. Like, "I`ve been following god all my life"...okay, so what...good for you. But the follow-up is..."therefore I know god has made me honest". The first part we can take as what the guy believes..how are you gonna argue with the guy, right? But it`s the second statement that he wants to slip by you...that he has been honest and even god-like BECAUSE even you agreed he has been following god all his life. Cheap car salesman`s tricks, that`s all their Boss taught them or wants of them.
