...for being as stupid as they are, what with everyone praying for you and attending public school and now madrassahs where Christian Sharia law is being taught...you can forgive them for believing there's an Al Qaida out there...well, if you're gonna believe five out of work fishermen of 2000 years who WON'T you believe? I mean you aren't exactly the critical or discerning type.

Remember Bin Laden? Who's looking for him? Who even wants to find him? Has anyone seen Zarqawi? We went to finding no evidence of any link between Saddam OR Iraq to Al Qaida to today...when it's just assumed and reported as such that everything anywhere in the world is the work of Al Qaida...only no one wants to find its leadership...as if we'd know anything about it anyway. You'd be forgiven for thinking the IDEA of Bin Laden was an ally of Bush and his neo-cons who desperately need a bogeyman.

This is all for money and power...two things our leaders are hooked by that we have no concept of...I mean to what amazing and bloody and illegal means they'll go to to get them. That's the main problem with being led by millionaires almost exclusively...they are so out of touch with the rest of us that we simply can't believe a leader would behave in these ways...would poison a stream or our air...or send young people to their deaths, whether in a factory OR a battlefield JUST to make more money.

These people really aren't like the rest of us...they just pretend to sort of be when elections roll round...most of us wouldn't stoop so low as to risk six months in jail for a nickel...yet that's what $30,000 represents to Martha Stewrat...as a percentage of her net worth...but, $30,000 sounds like an AWFUL lot of money to us...and so we fail to see how really SICK these kinds of people are. We know damn well we wouldn't risk jail for a dime...but for $30,000? Most of us don't make that in a year...so that the possibility of losing that much money scares the shit out of us...but we forget...to Martha that amounts to a NICKEL...maybe less...if we saw it that way we'd understand just how insane these kinds of people are...and that to hand them our military and keys to the Treasury and the LIVES of our young is MADNESS!
