I had watched him interview him a while back and Bill started the usual bullshit about Christianity. He told Dawkins that he can't prove Jesus is not god and this is what I want to touch on. It isn't the job of Dawkins to prove Jesus is god nor does he have to refute anything about god. The burden is on Bill and he must prove there is a god and that jesus is god. It is Bill who is making the statement and then wants us to prove him wrong. Bill not only can't prove there is a god, but he can't even prove that Jesus ever existed. Outside of the Bible and Quran there just isn't much about Jesus. Historians such as Philo, Josephus and others who were around back then made no mention of jesus. If he existed, he must have been very irrelevant or he was just straight up fabricated or perhaps much of his life was.

It is the job of the Christian to prove his claims which are based on faith and that alone. I don't have to prove there isn't a god or whoever the fuck Jesus was, but I can provide plenty of evidence that makes the existence of Jesus very shaky or questionable. The Christian knows he can never prove the bullshit but he expects the opponent to disprove his beliefs which are merely based on faith and hope. I remember an Assyrian female telling me that everyone has their own truth and this is how the Christian and any religious operates when it comes down to it. They have already made up their mind that they will believe there is a god and they will not question or use logic. Since they have made up their mind, they want others to just accept it as well but it's not so easy. I am not gonna just believe in something just because someone says so without evidence. if the Christian could provide evidence for his claims the way we can provide evidence that germs exist, there won't be a need to ask 'do you believe in god?" The belief in a god is based on faith and nothing else.

Religion didn't civilize humans nor did it teach tolerance, love, mercy, etc. All these things existed before religions and they copied these things and incorporated them. As if we need a religion to tell us that stealing is wrong. Society wouldn't be able to function if everyone just stole. And it sure as hell ain't religion that stops a person from murdering his neighbor in order to fuck his wife, or the scenario that Arrow provided. Religion didn't stop the popes from watching peasants get executed in public nor did it stop the many atrocities committed against the pagans of Europe or the Native Americans. American pastors cheer on their troops and government around the world and do not feel an ant size amount of remorse or sympathy for the victims of imperialism.

Very recently I was going at it with a Christian chick and she told me she knows that god is real because she speaks to him every night. I asked her what he tells her and she said he is very upset at humans and how we are acting. I told her to tell him he can suck my thing, and she said she won't do that because he loves "everyone." This is of course another funny joke when they say he loves everyone, yet that is so contradicting with the bible and the behavior of Christians. Some of them say god hates the sin and not the actual person, but it isn't the sin which will be in hell for life but the actual person. If there even was such thing as heaven, hell, god, and all the shit they say was really true, I would voluntarily go to hell and not want to put up with crackers and Christians for ever. What could be more tormenting than being these lunatics for ever?
