Christian Parenting.

The very basic, central part of being good Christian parents is to raise your children accordingly, in the same shadow of the Church. What this means in effect, and no matter how fast or deftly you do the Metaphysical Two-Step, is to put their native human intelligence in a state of hibernation, or completely to sleep and, at worst, make it an enemy to the child, something potentially dangerous and to be feared. This is as much lauded and deemed necessary to producing the “right” kind of human bean and “loving” child as was the breaking, folding under and tying of a Chinese girl’s feet mandatory if she was to be “feminine” and “desirable” and even acceptable as a good child of the family and community.

When one considers that the same Chinese girl would grow up, marry and have children of her own and hold down any of her own daughters so that the same degrading and barbarous crimes couldn’t be carried out them…we can see how devastating these sorts of customs and mindless expectations are to parents and their children as well…which, perversely, Christians and the Chinese as well see as the “blessings of their cultures”. People can quite literally be made to betray themselves, their basic humanity and cripple their children mentally and physically, all in the name of “normal”, even commendable mental, moral and communal health.

Kill god before he kills you.
