....all it is is a crisis among neighborhood loan sharks who've run out of money to loan....some bad loans, some overzealous enforcers, a few suicides and "missing" customers and all of a sudden your friendly neighborhood loan shark is short of cash to force onto people as "loans"....so they need a cash infusion so they can continue...and they'll get it from those who will stand to gain when the loan sharking business revives.....what chumps we are.
