...just like I can absolutely say that Redwood trees don;t speak to each other in French when no one is looking...that is an absurd statement and I am not bound to prove it WRONG...on the face of it it is ridiculous...same with the idea that a God exists...it is silly to even suggest such a thing..but then to say I have to PROVE it is even sillier...why? Why on earth do I have to prove he doesn't exist when those who say he does can't prove it? Why? To satisfy THEM...so they cna say, "aha! see, you can't prove he doesn;t exist....so he MIGHT!!!"

Silliness on top of silliness...

There are lots of weird and ultimately discredited ideas from 3000 years ago that we no longer expect people to prove wrong...we know they are, end of story. There has NEVER been on shred of evidence that Thor was real...or Ishtar...or Jesus (as god)....not one shred. All we've been told for 4000 years is that we have to just BELIEVE...usually followed by threats of torture and worse if we still refused....(which has to make you wonder, if you have any wonder left in you.).

Religion, as we know it, is dying. You know that to be true because those still in its thrall have become desperate to shove their message at us one last time...because they see what is coming....it's already more a joke than it's ever been and the most advanced countries have relegated religion to fable and sometimes pleasant myth which no one takes seriously...in the West the most religious countries are also the bloodiest, either to their own people or to others.

Dawkins refuses to discuss evolution any longer with a Creationist...there is nothing to talk about or discuss...same with God; there's nothing to discuss...his existence has NEVER been established....it's just been PROPOSED...and then insisted upon, on pain of great suffering and eath.

God makes people bloody....those who don;t believe in him CAN be bloody...but at least they don't have a god TELLING them to be so.
