"Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks told CNN Trump was "just referring to a supporter in the crowd. There's no ill will intended, obviously." She added Trump was "grateful for this person's support."

"Hicks also rejected the suggestion that Trump's use of the possessive "my" to refer to the supporter was racist, saying such a charge was "ridiculous."
Gregory Cheadle, a Republican California congressional candidate, confirmed to CNN he was the supporter to whom Trump pointed. He told the Record Searchlight, a local newspaper, he was happy to be cited by Trump."

"That was me seriously. I got two autographs out of that," Cheadle told the newspaper. He added, "To give the black folk the time of the day, I was happy."

...my first reaction was to slam that one Black man...how pathetic to kiss ass in public so blatantly. But that's not fair...I have no way of knowing or feeling what it must be to be despised as a Black person in this country...to grow up feeling you are less than human, that you come from apes or near apes, that you smell, that you are stupid and that you deserve nothing for the way your people have been treated in this country...for striking fear and resentment and loathing in the eyes of loathsome whites.

...There must be something strangely more congenial and empowering in being "recognized" by a white racist than a liberal/progressive whose approval you take for granted...But, what if you can win over a racist like Trump? Isn't that the more significant victory? To be praised by Sanders or Clinton is no big deal..but, to be praised and singled out for kindness or even attention from Trump or David Duke or George Wallace now THAT is something.....sadly.

But, it's the shame of whites, not this one poor, sad Black, lifelong, victim of white racists.
