This is unrelated, but there were death threats made online to certain film critics who's critique of the film were not so favorable to some Batman fans.

I consider myself a sort of a cinephile, but I'm not going to make threats to William Forsythe for playing the role of former boxer Jake La Motta in Raging Bull 2; considering, in my opinion, Martin Scorsese's masterpiece, other than Taxi Driver, is Raging Bull; and Robert De Niro's portrayal as La Motta is his best performance, next to Taxi Driver and Godfather II.

From what I read, the suspect is a 24-year-old male who put on a gas mask, or some type of mask, then during a shoot-out in the film, he threw a smoke bomb in the dark theater and began randomly shooting the audience.

And I agree that when the suspect is Middle Eastern, the first description is that the person is a "MUSLIM" and that's usually followed by he/she "COMMITTED AN ACT OF TERROR" or that he/she is an "ISLAMIST". But when it's a Christian, they never mention religion, even if the guy has a crucifix and and Jesus tattooed on his chest.
