Funny you should say that. I told that to Amy Goodman (Democracy Now) when I met her at a book signing. She paused for a moment, unsure of whether I was complimenting her, or insulting her. I'm sure I worded it poorly, so I explained to her that I really valued her radio program, the only downside being that it after listening to it I sometimes become depressed...but that it's not her fault, I appreciate that she actually reports the news and gives honest facts that pertain to the stories to help put them into perspective.

At least two good people left in the world, William Blum and Amy Goodman.
