Last week when the fighting was going on in Gaza, there was a thread of comments on Al-Jazeera's news page where two Africans, one a Christian the other atheist, were going at it. The Christian one was just regurgitating what his pastor had told him about the "chosen" people; whereas, the atheist was using reason and historical evidence to crack the other one's flimsy argument. It was quite entertaining, but I was surprised that this idiot who was tearing himself apart regarding Israelis and their right to "defend" themselves had no idea how his Christian African brothers were getting kicked out of, or simply prevented from entering bomb shelters in Israeli cities because of the color of their skin.
