...what may be missing is that primary source material. Maybe nobody is seeing anything with their own eyes anymore. They are just being fed information and are told to accept it.

...Very few people read primary sources it seems. Everything is secondary or tertiary ...somebody is reading a book, written by someone who wrote a book about someone else, who wrote a book, which was interpreting the original book or experience. Everything seems to get lost in translation and interpretation...
