According to Ellsberg, not only the media outltets who published the leaks, but the public who read them, may be in hot water. And as Meeropol writes in his post, it all comes down to how the law is interpreted. Now if I remember correctly, when there's a "broad" or "loose" interpretation (as opposed to a "strict" interpretation), anything goes. Do watch Naomi Wolf's The End of America, she talks about the Espionage Act... and more. When I listen to these guys, it really makes the "conspiracy theorists" (Alex Jones) seem simplistic.
