...only one of the many crimes committed by our government was the farce that ended in the execution of the Rosenbergs....this is now so patently clear.

...as to Assange, I wonder. Under this usage the New York Times and every one since who has published this information could be charged...also there is the precedent of the Pentagon Papers trial which went all the way to the Supreme Court where the case was judged in favor of Ellsberg and the same NY Times.

And, as strange bedfellows go and where slippery slopes concern everyone in the news media, we may see the National Inquirer, Times and everyone else backing Assange because this threatens them too.

Hopefully the standard will be high for proving Assange has caused any real damage to the United States and not merely embarrassment for those who are passing from the scene...like everyone says, it isnīt wikileaks which causes deaths, itīs the secrets it exposed.

Still...the warning to be vigilant is valid. You canīt be sure what these assholes will do.
