Shame shame, I was reading about the Dr Ross issue on this web site and one can't blame you for it because you were doing what you thought was right. Many years back, there was supposed to be a demonstration for the recognition of the genocide in Germany, did you hear of that? Well I happened to be there at the time and received a notice from a good friend of mine. At the time, I was hooked with this "I am an Assyrian" crap and was looking for any chance to attack Turks and Muslims as well. I went to the location where it was all to take place, and by my surprise, apart from a few of those Suryoye standing in the rain and a handful of Armenians, no "Assyrians" were there. This has always been the case. Whenever these people are called and offered a chance to tell their story, they manage to either screw it up or not show up.

Now I realize how bullshit this whole nationalism crap is. It is no more than a hoax and they fear anyone questioning them. One would think with all their "evidences" "proofs" and "dna's" they be dying to bring it to the world yet they have done nothing and they instead run from challenges. They think becayse the western governments are anti-Muslim, they can say anything about Muslims and people will just believe them. I made an ass of myself signing the stupid petition to bring Turkey to "justice" and sent emails and letters to Bill Oreilly, and all the stupid stuff. Never again will I be so silly and never will I go hating people because my racist grandma or father told me so. He who ones to be a bigot can do so but I am not interested.

May I ask how the debate went and what the topic was?
