They got one confession from a Gitmo prisoner that he "oversaw" the plans to the attack on the USS Cole. He was waterboarded dozens of times, before he relented and agreed to whatever they put in front of him to sign. He will be killed (executed) within the year. If I was waterboarded, had my testicles attached to electrodes, had my mother in the other room, or in front of me, being threatened with torture, I'd tell them I was James Brown if that's what they wanted me to say. It's ridiculous. They want to show that Gitmo is open for good reasons and torture works - although they deny that they use torture.
