...democracy sucks. By itself it is nothing more than mob rule, and even the supposed guarantees of any Bill of Rights can be easily undermined....the real puzzle is how one goes about getting a People, supposedly free and with the power of the ballot, to freely vote against their own interests...Fascists have figured this out, the rest of us haven't figured out that Democracy isn't the solution to Fascism....but what is?

There's no use in crying for Democracy if you don't know how make it meaningful...it's just window-dressing otherwise.
