Website title:

What is more absurd about the advocates of god is how they justify it by saying things would be worse if there were no religions and that religions prevent crimes. All one has to do is look at history and finds the opposite to be true. Religions managed to divide, steal, execute, oppress, intimidate, etc. They have proven to be useful tools to hide corruption behind. Either way one slices the pie, religions have killed far more innocent people and have not prevented atrocities. Religion was used to enslave blacks, exterminate native Indians and many other peoples. Religions have been used for just about everything and Christianity leads the list. To say people wouldn't know right and wrong without religion is bullshit and the ancient Assyrians, Egyptians, Babylonians, Chinese, etc, prove the religious to be full of crap.
