This has more to do with cock-blocking Chinese firms from getting those lucrative oil contracts in the petroleum and mineral rich Nigeria (and other parts of Africa where there is a Chinese presence). Remember KONY 2012, about Joseph Kony and the Lord's Resistance Army's exploitation of child soldiers? It gave Obama a valid reason to send a hundred troops to Africa to seek out Kony and indict him in the International Criminal Court (ICC). Did we find Kony?
