-- That's exactly what Moshe Dayan admitted to when describing how Israel uses the tractor in the Golan Heights by inching forward a bit at a time (with Israeli tanks, artillery and jets laying in wait) for the Syrians to lose their cool, shoot at the tractor, and give the Israelis what they want: a reason to say that they were being threatened and attacked by Palestinians, justifying their land grab in bright daylight.
