...with all the freedom and opportunities...with universities and colleges open to them, with no "Arab" blocking their path to higher education or achievement, no "second-class" status...really, what have they done? And yet, with the additional burden and crisis this war has brought on they are insisting that the few, impoverished, Christians in Iraq DO SOMETHING!!!

...I believe they grew up finding it easier to blame so-called Muslim "persecution" as the reason they weren't able to achieve anything much...and were forced to "flee"...but in order to do what...? Since they indeed managed to come to a "free" country where, according to them, no one could stop them for any reason and have performed so poorly...the question arises then as to was it ever really the fault of Muslims...or their own, now obvious, personal failures and character screwiness that was the real issue all along?

...Especially when you consider how many Christians did very well in Iraq, Chaldeans especially. Look at Tariq Aziz and Dr Donny George. In Iraq Dr George was head of all government antiquities and in charge of the museums....can he hope to achieve anything like that in the West? Tariq Aziz rose high in government and many other Christians succeeded very well, thank you...and the Chaldeans, who have none of this "you owe us a country" nonsense, always saw themselves as citizens of Iraq, willing to work and live by the laws...and many prospered.

One thing they all share in common is cowardice and fright at any challenge...look at their separate forums and how they ban and delete and run...this kind of personality, these kinds of character traits are a liability to success anywhere...and probably more so where there are greater obstacles..as there certainly were, for them, in Iraq...but so have there been in Turlock and Chicago, London and Toronto. These people are challenged and defeated by THEMSELVES...as it is they themselves who attack and persecute each other...even to the point of ruining each others lives financially and emotionally wherever possible.

Just as when the Arabs first came and found them attacking and persecuting and murdering each other over interpretations of Jesus "meek and mild"...it was Christians who were attacking each other...the Arabs took no interest in their sectarian fights, only ordering them to keep the civil peace..for the rest they were free to worship as they pleased....as they are in America and yet they STILL manage to take each other to court!

So, it is NOT Iraq, that was the problem...or Islam. Rather it was the individual Christian who used these as excuses to justify his own failures rising largely from a wounded sense of entitlement...that HE was the rightful owner of the land and if not for Muslims he surely would have received that advanced degree...or published his poems...or built the bridges, or become an industrial giant and millionaire....but we see them in the Free West....and what have they accomplished? Those who shout the loudest that they were PERSECUTED and kept from attaining their just rewards drive taxis or sit on welfare in the West and spin dreams of an Assyria where they will be great again.

Aprim was a bum in Iraq, he is a bum in America and he would have been a bum in Nineveh.
