...these days we ask ourselves..."where was the mainstream media when Bush and Cheney were lying to us...why didn't they ask the tough questions"? The answer: because the media in this country is an extension of the government...we just don't like admitting it. Not all of them but enough of them supliment their incomes by fronting for the CIA etc. They're again writing those SCARE articles about North Korea....and it's just as stupid as what they did with Iraq...and Vietnam...and North Korea in the 50s.

None of these people pose a threat to us..if anything they provide a great opportunity for some to get super-wealthy. Eisenhower didn't warn us about Vietnam or Korea...he warned us about US..about the ease with which we can be frightened and manipulated...we aren't going to go to war with North Korea.but we ARE going to spend trillions on a missile defense shield...and whenever in the future we question the need for such an obscene expense while schools and hospitals go broke, we're going to be told..."Well, They haven't attacked us...HAVE they!?"..to which the sane reply is..."and they were never going to either".
