...they were all traitors who deserved hanging...every precedent in history affirms that. The British illegally occupied Iraq and rather than police it themselves they hired poor refugees, many of them Christians whoi had recently fled Turkey and Iran and had been welcomed into Iraq....they wore uniforms of the occupiers, they carried the weapons of the occupiers, the received their pay from the occupiers and they fired bullets into Iraqi crowds given them by the occupiers....and all these years later, like the good and illiterate dummies that we are, we celebrate these turncoats...make heroes of them and want to commemorate their treachery, just in time to remind Iraqis all over again of how ungrateful and criminal have been our ancestors.

...After WW IIthe American poet Ezra Pouind was captured by US forces in Italy where he had spent the war years providing propaganda for the Fascists...in print and radio broadcats he extolled Fascism and its virtues...he never wore a uniform or fired a gun at anyone, he just wrote and talked against his own native country.

...People, influential people, wanted him tried and executed for treason...others wanted him to spend the rest of his life in jail...a compromise was reached and he was sent to a mental hospital and would have remained there had not Americans and other writers and artists not clamored for his release on grounds that he didnīt harm the United States and he was an author, allowed to express his opinions...also he was very old by then and sick....they let him out.

...but no one made a HERO out of him...and he damn near got himself hanged...this is what people who work against their own governments can expect...doesnīt matter if you think you are a dhimmi,a second-class citizen with a long list of grievences...imagine any Black man in America in 1923 accepting help from a foreign power to raise a rebellion protesting his REAL second-class status and manifest injustices suffered at the hands of his own country...he would STILL be hanged if caught.

So, come on....this is the 21st century...dictionaries are all over the place...look up a word or two....learn a thing or two about how thw world conducts its business....can we keep complain about electric shock if we keep sticking our fingers into sockets?
