Over at Maggie's site there hasn't been a post since December 24th...that's over six weeks without any Assyrian warrior's posting anything, anything at all....what happened to Assyria?

My theory is not that the people who posted have lost interest, but that they lost what little courage they ever had. One thing I've learned about Assyrians, especially those thumping their chests the most, is that they are terribly terrified people...maybe that's the reason they talk so big...to compensate, to sound to themselves, and each other, like they are not the rank cowards they are...I say cowards deliberately and I don't mean it in a brave, fighter, physical sort of way...way before it can come to any kind of physical courage these people are afraid, just afraid, as a state of being... of the spoken word especially...of discussion, or argument...even when they are hidden behind their computers and fake names....they feel "attacked", "invaded", vulnerable...in my experience with them several would email the moderators in secret and insist the site be made safe for them, that people who disagree with them be banned, or else they would take themselves away.

That's why it was so incongruous to hear them make threats against Arabs, Turks, Muslims...to tell of what they would do, they would get weapons and go over there and FIGHT for Assyria....these guys, the same ones who emailed moderators for protection, the same ones who couldn't handle being confronted with WORDS and arguments were going to to go take weapons and fight, against bullets, not words and..... MUSLIMS! They were jerking off in front of each other and enjoying it immensely.

So, why did they stop? Little by little they dropped away, even Maggie disappeared for long periods of time...until for the last six weeks there has been nothing...what happened? I mean it isn't like they'd any successes before and now, after several failures, they lost heart...they NEVER had anything, no petitions, no "demandses" of world leaders, nade, close to success...ever, so why stop now?

A while back I started hauling them over and having our way with them AND using their names....granted the names used were not their real names so you would think they wouldn't be bothered by having their names used, and then having their writings, and hence their identities, trashed, but apparently they did...and worse; they didn't dare DEFEND themselves,,,,they didn't dare argue back....even though they were always welcome at our site, no passwords, no rules and conditions...in other words here was a fight they COULD have had, if they wanted...but they didn't want to...and neither did they want to go on being ATTACKED...so, they went away...maybe to another, safer, site, but they went away from the place that had been their "home" till then...and that's just what they did where Iraq or "Assyria", if you will, was concerned...there too they ran out, instead of fighting, and yet once they got safely away they turned around and made all these threats against Iraq and what they WOULD do to Muslims etc.

...it's sad, really. How much better if all the sites, or any one of them, could have dropped all their rules, even against being rude, and encouraged everyone to come on and make their case and DEFEND their case, even to "attacking" the other person's case...that would, eventually, have weeded out the sickly and cowardly, and it would have toughened several of them up so they wouldn't have to keep running, or hide...we all would have gotten BRAVER...and maybe learned a thing or two. But they didn't...they got rid of anyone who disagreed and eventually, everyone left because the place got to be dull and pointless and was ruled over by the fearful, the cowardly, the air-filled ones of no substance.
