...he means that if they sold paper tickets, or tickets printed on cow shit, they would have been fine...they would not have "misrepresented their product" if they had stuck to anything but gold, when it wasn't actually gold.

...but, you could never get them for fraud because no one has come back saying they wouldn't let him in with his ticket, so there's no "proof" of fraud...religion is a wonderful thing for making stupid people even more so.
