I suppose as long as the right language is used on our tombstone you'll be content.
The language is preserved in books and computer programs...our artifacts are preserved in museums...our dead are safely buried...our children have no living proof of our claims to being Assyrian...not one. In fact, they have every reason to think we are lying.
You can curse in a language as well as pray.
