But it's one way the system has of getting rid of frivolous stuff...and lawyers make a lot of cash for each other as they lob these oceans of motions back and forth till the clients figure out they're being legally screwed and settle out of court...where 90% of these things are resolved .
: Ordinarily...if I had a mortgage to worry about I'd be eager to settle this thing out of court too, probably. But what do I have to lose? Never has it been cheaper to get at the truth in front of 12 good people, tried and true, than in my case. I do hate leaving my family every four weeks and sitting up here waiting for yet another hearing...but till now it was really my own doing...the Byzantine lawsuit I brought against them could have taken years to sort through. Never wanted their money so that was no loss...and it kept us from the main event.

This whole experience has been like an amusement park ride... more specifically, a roller coaster.
Very scary at first, (I can barely breathe when going down the first big decline on the Magnum at Cedar Point), but a thrill during the rest of the ride, and by the time it's over you have had the time of your life... or you vomit.
