Is an Oxymoron so dumb it gores its owner.
Humans were good and decent long before gods showed up to take the credit. Any savagery...any cruelty and barbarity committed in them old hoary days before Mononucleosis took over, was nothing compared to what we do today. At no time in history did a country wage a long, silent, steady war against a civillian population like the US and Britain have done against the people and children of Iraq...never! Hordes swept down and butchered people of course...but this slow death inflicted on people who never harmed anyone...just to extract their wealth...enslaving them practically so they'll run the oil rigs for us...is unparalled...except maybe by the Romans...who first saw the utility in "Christian morality".
Just that...just the fact that a Roman emperor embraced Christianity should have made people dump it and run for cover.
