KATHY KELLY, FOUNDER OF VOICES IN THE WILDERNESS TO
SPEAK!
Kathy Kelley, nominated twice for the Nobel Peace
Prize, is one of the founders of Voices in the
Wilderness, a campaign to end the sanctions against
Iraq. They have sponsored 42 delegations to Iraq, and
have supplied medicine to the people of the country.
She has been to Iraq 15 times and has written for
national publications on the issue.

TEACH IN OVERVIEW
This teach in is design to provide you with the
knowledge and skills necessary so you can effectively
join the effort to raise awareness around Iraq in
Nashville. This first half, EDUCATION, is important,
and the second half, ACTION, is critical. Please
attempt to stay the entire day. You will leave with
tools and a plan of action for the following days,
weeks and months. Lunch will be provided, so it is
imortant that we know how many people will be
attending the afternoon session.
